Very Proud of Ya is the second album by rock band AFI. It is the last album in which bassist Geoff Kresge was still a member of the band. Kresge created the cover artwork for the album.
The songs "Two of a Kind" and "Yürf Rendenmein" are re-recordings of tracks from the band's previous album, Answer That and Stay Fashionable.
The title of the song "Love Is a Many Splendored Thing" is a reference to the song of the same name by Sammy Fain and Paul Francis Webster, but is not a cover. The reference is meant to be ironic, as the AFI song is about hate, rather than love.

Orange 9mm was a post-hardcore band from New York City formed in 1994 by Chaka Malik and Chris Traynor after the breakup of Malik's band Burn.
On the first day of rehearsals, McLam offered one of his own compositions, which became the minor hit "Failure." The song was recorded immediately, and included on Tragic.

Big Fine Thing:Formed in New York in 1995, Darlahood did not have to wait long for a buzz to build around the group. Almost instantly, the major labels came knocking, as the band's solid musicianship and excellent classic rock-influenced songwriting impressed many observers in Gotham's rock music circles. After signing with the Warner Bros. Imprint Reprise Records, the group got to work on their debut, writing 70 songs while living in self-imposed seclusion upstate. Youth is an album by Hasidic Jewish reggae singer Matisyahu, which was released on March 7, 2006 (see 2006 in music). It is his second proper studio release, as Live at Stubb's is a live album. The CD quickly shot to the top of iTunes best sellers list the day it was released (partially because iTunes ran a special promotion for pre-orders).

The first single from the album is "King without a Crown", which was also a single on Matisyahu's previous album, Live at Stubb's. However, a proper video was shot for the Youth version of the song, whereas the version on the Stubb's concert album was accompanied by a concert video. The album spent two weeks at number four in the Billboard top 200 albums in the US. On 27 December 2006, Billboard announced that Youth ranked 3rd overall on the 2006 Reggae album charts, immediately behind Live at Stubb's.
